Entry Fee: $475, Checks made payable to: Piedmont VA ASA 

Four Game Format- Two Pool Games followed by Double Elimination
(Format subject to change per ASA Code due to weather)

All players must be present check in and have photo ID, NO EXCEPTIONS

You must qualify for these tournaments. Please contact your local ASA Commissioner on how to qualify.  Easch state and association is different.   

Teams are not entered until a signed ASA Championship Entry Form, Singed Roster and a check are received.  Your State ASA Commissioner must sign off on your paperwork!

This is a National Championship and to offset the large cost of this tournament we are required to charge an admission fee or "Gate Fee" which is seperate and apart from the tournament entry fee.  

This fee is not required for any player listed on the Championship Roster or coaches up to four.

Below is the cost of the "Gate Fee".  A order form will be posted soon.  All tournament passes purchased in advance will be in the coaches packet they receive at check in.

Only Daily Passes will be available at the gate .  Tournament Passes MUST be purchsed in advance!

Adult, All Parks, Every Day= $30.00
Youth (5-18), All Parks, Every Day=$15.00
Children under age of 5=FREE

Single Day Pass All Ages=$15.00

A pre-order form will be posted here soon for tournament t-shirts and apparel.

 SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

July 12, --Deadling for entry.  All paperwork and payments must be postmarked by the 12t and received by 5:00pm on the 15th 

July 17, 11:00 am-- Pool Play Draw, PRCS, 215 Depot Court, Leesburg, VA 20175 (No need to be present)

July 24, 8:00-10 PM-- Umpire Meeting and Clinic @ Doubletree Hotel

July 24 , 9:00-am to 1:00 pm--Mandatory Player Check In @ Doubletree Hotel (Team names beginning with L-Z check in time is 9:00-11:00 and team names A-K check in 11:00-1:00)

July 24, 1:00 pm-- Madatory Manager's Meeting & Lunch (2 per team) @ Doubletree Hotel Sterling

July 24, 4:00 to 6:00  pm Opening Ceremonies and Skills Competition @ Potomack Lakes Sportsplex

July 25, 8:00 am -Pool Play @ Potomack Lakes, Phillip Bolen Park and Claude Moore Park 

July 25, TBD -- Bracket Draw (1 person from each team must be present) @Doubletree Hotel.  Draw to begin 1/2 hour after the conculsion of pool pplay for each division.

July 26-July 28,, 8:00 am to 10:00 pm --Elimination Play @ Potomack Lakes, Phillip Bolen Park and Claude Moore Park
