HOTEL INFO
If you are going to stay in a hotel PLEASE use The Zenith Group to book your rooms. If you find a cheaper rate at one of our Loudoun hotels the Zenith Group will get that same rate for you. This service does not cost you anything, the hotels pay (funds used to offset tournament cost) to be listed with The Zenith Group and Loudoun County Parks and Recreation approves each and every hotel so you know these hotels are close to the fields and meet PRCS's high standards!

This site is your one stop for all of the official information that coaches, parents and players will need if you are playing in any of these tournaments.

Registraion is open for all events!

August 1-5
(Entry Fee: $425, Deadline 7/23)

18U Gold Eastern National
August 3-5
(Entry Fee: $425. Deadline 7/23)

Men's Class C & E Eastern National
August 31-September 3
(Entry Fee: $425, Deadline 8/21)

July 25, 11:00 am-- 16 & 18B Pool Play Draw, PRCS, 215 Depot Court, Leesburg, VA 20175

August 1, 9:00 am to 2:00 pm-- 16 & 18B Player Check In @ Doubletree Hotel Sterling, VA

August 1, 12:00 pm to 1:30 pm-- Madatory Manager's Meeting & Lunch (2 per team) @ Doubletree Hotel Sterling

August 1, TBD-- Umpire Meeting and Clinic

August 1, 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm-- 16, 18B and 18 Gold Opening Ceremonies and skills competition @ Potomack Lakes Sportsplex (Teams should arrive in uniform or spiritwear no later than 3:30 pm)

August 2, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm-- 16 and 18B Pool Play @ Potomack Lakes, Claude Moore Park and Phillip Bolen Park

August 2, 30 min after last pool game --Bracket Draw @ DoubleTree Hotel, Sterling, VA

August 3-5, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm-- 16 & 18B Elimination Play @ Potomack Lakes, Claude Moore Park and Phillip Bolen Park

August 3, 8:00 am to 8:00 pm -- 18 Gold Player Check In and Pool Play (Check in at field prior to teams first game)

August 4-5, 8:00 pm to 8:00 pm-- 18 Gold Elimination Play

Loudoun County Parks and Recreation has a long history of hosting national championships including 11 consecutive year of hosting PONY National, 9 years of ASA Eastern Nationals, the 2004 ASA/USA National Championship. That tradition continues as we once agan host the ASA 14U Class A and 18U Gold Eastern Nationals!
